These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and physical restaurant. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King is a restaurant located at 9555 Spring Green Blvd Suite A, Katy, TX 77494. Owned and operated by Master Chef Melissa, we serve authentic Thai food, ramen, sushi, and Japanese cuisine.

Our mission is to bring the flavors of Thailand and Japan to the Katy and Houston area, offering fresh dishes prepared daily with traditional recipes. We are proud to be one of the most loved Thai restaurants in Katy, TX.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended but not required. We make every effort to accommodate all guests; however, walk-in availability cannot be guaranteed during peak hours.

  • We reserve the right to release held reservations if the party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reserved time

  • For parties of 5 or more, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added to the bill

  • For large group bookings or private events, please contact us directly at (832) 437-5633

  • The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations at its discretion

Online Ordering

Online orders are placed through our authorized third-party ordering platform. By placing an online order, you agree to the terms of that platform in addition to these Terms.

  • Online orders are subject to item availability

  • Prices shown online may differ from in-house menu pricing

  • All online sales are final once an order is confirmed

  • To modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at (832) 437-5633 — we cannot guarantee changes after order confirmation

  • Estimated pickup and delivery times are approximate and subject to change

  • The Restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services

Menu & Pricing

All menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Restaurant reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute menu items at any time.

  • Not all ingredients are listed on the menu — please inform your server of dietary needs

  • Any substitutions to original ingredients may incur additional charges

  • Seasonal and specialty items may not be available at all times

  • Prices may vary between dine-in, takeout, and online ordering

  • Consuming raw or undercooked items increases risk of food-borne illness

Allergens & Dietary Requirements

The safety and well-being of our guests is a priority. We ask all guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions to notify their server before ordering.

  • Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness

  • Please alert your server of any food allergies before ordering — not all ingredients are listed

  • Gluten-free preparation is available upon request; however, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed as our kitchen handles gluten-containing ingredients

  • Our staff will be happy to prepare your meal without egg or meats when possible

  • The Restaurant is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose food allergies

Please inform your server of any food allergies before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens including peanuts, shellfish, soy, eggs, and gluten.

Gratuity Policy

A suggested gratuity of 15–20% is customary. The amount of gratuity is always discretionary for standard dining experiences.

  • For parties of 5 or more, an 18% gratuity will be automatically added to the bill

  • For private events and catering, gratuity terms are specified in the event agreement

  • Gratuity is distributed among front-of-house and support staff

Gift Cards & Loyalty Program

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King offers gift cards and a loyalty rewards program to enhance your dining experience.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

  • Gift card balances do not expire but are subject to the Restaurant remaining in operation

  • Loyalty points are non-transferable and have no cash value

  • The Restaurant reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time

  • Points earned are subject to verification and may be forfeited in cases of suspected fraud or abuse

Catering & Private Events

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King offers catering services and private event hosting. All events are subject to a separate event agreement that takes precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

  • Event bookings require a deposit; deposit amount and refund policy are detailed in the event agreement

  • Cancellations must be made in advance per the terms of the event agreement

  • Menu selections and final headcount must be confirmed by the agreed deadline

User Conduct

All guests and website users are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner. The Restaurant reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises or restrict website access for disruptive, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

This includes but is not limited to: harassment of staff or other guests, vandalism of property, intoxication beyond safe levels, or any conduct that creates an unsafe environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photographs, menu designs, logos, graphics, and the Thai Cuisine & Ramen King name and crown logo — is the exclusive property of Thai Cuisine & Ramen King and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Restaurant.

Lost or Stolen Items

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen on the restaurant premises or in parking areas. Guests are encouraged to keep their belongings secure at all times.

If you believe you have left an item at the restaurant, please contact us promptly at (832) 437-5633 and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thai Cuisine & Ramen King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or premises.

Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

The Restaurant makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on this website.

Right to Refuse Service

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any lawful reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to comply with restaurant policies, or any conduct deemed harmful to the safety or comfort of staff or other guests.

This right is exercised in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

Thai Cuisine & Ramen King reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
